Kenia Duarte, one of the 35 Dreamers that participated in our Summer 2016 California-Mexico Dreamers Study Abroad Program shares her testimony and experience after being able to return to her native Mexico after 19 years.
Prof. Armando Vazquez-Ramos, president and CEO of the California-Mexico Studies Center (CMSC), has been taking Dreamers to study in Mexico since the Spring Break of 2014, with a special permit called Advance Parole.
The CMSC is currently accepting applications for it's Winter 2017-18 Dreamers Study Abroad Program, which will take place in the Mexico City-Cuernavaca are from December 22, 2017 to January 14, 2018. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 9, 2017.
