In this issue
We feature in this edition of the CMSC Newsletter, the "Censorship" lecture by Gregorio Luke on September 20, 2012 and the meeting between Mexican senators and a delegation of California senators during their Fall tour of Mexico City (October 1 - 4, 2012).

The meeting will allow for the CMSC and the SPECHF to present their findings from the June seminar and propose a permanent joint commission between California and Mexican Senators to address California-Mexico policy issues.

On our next newsletter, we will report on the California-Mexico Center's meeting on October 2nd, 2012, and the latest outcomes from the seminar on California-Mexico policy issues, hosted by the California-Mexico Studies Center and El Seminario Permanente de Estudios Chicanos y de Fronteras (DEAS-INAH) held in Mexico City June 28-30, 2012.
