We hope that you enjoyed our production of “Dreamers: Aqui y Alla” at the CSULB Studio Theater and we thank you for joining us.
For those that were not able to attend, we plan to send everyone the full recording of the play. And although the experience is not the same as the live performance, we hope that you will share and enjoy the play’s video with your family and friends.
But we need your help more than ever before in order to continue to fight for Dreamers and Advance Parole!
As you may know, the Supreme Court has recently denied President Trump's request for rescinding DACA.
However, the appeals court will rule in the near future, but for now DACA is still in place as before September 5, 2017, but without Advance Parole.
We have not lost hope that a positive resolution will come out of the Congress next month, and we are hopeful that Advance Parole will be re-activated as well.
Thus, we are asking for your support as a beneficiary or supporter of our program, and because without it, we will not be able to continue to advocate for Dreamers’ legalization and a path to citizenship.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 by the end of March 2018.
As we committed a few months ago at our Marco Antonio Firebaugh fundraiser, we wanted to produce the play, and we have now accomplished that goal with great success (see attached article).
Now we would like to share the human stories of our participants through the publication of a book on our program by the end of April 2018, and we plan to produce a comprehensive documentary on the California-Mexico Dreamers Study Abroad Program, reflecting the impact it had upon the 160 participants and their families over the last 4 years.
Attached is a pledge form that we ask you to consider sharing with allies and other folks that would be interested in donating, but also for you to consider helping us continue to do our work, and help those that have not had the same opportunity to travel-study abroad and reconnect with their roots and family.
We would sincerely appreciate any amount that you can donate and help us find other donors.
